Year 10 travelled to Amsterdam to compete in the Indoor Beach Throwdown

Last weekend Freya (Y10) travelled to Amsterdam to compete in the Indoor Beach Throwdown after qualifying via three online qualifiers. Last year she came 5th and this year she came 1st! She had to do three workouts that included overhead pressing, kettlebell swings, running, cycling, obstacle courses, burpees, sandbag squats, sandbags over a bar and ring rows. Freya showed amazing resilience all weekend, particularly after thinking she hadn't done as well in her 2nd event .
