Sixth Form Jazz Night

Last Friday, the Sixth Form hosted a glamorous Jazz Evening for parents, friends and staff. The event served both as a fundraiser for their upcoming prom and as a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their musical talents.

The school hall was beautifully transformed into an intimate jazz club, complete with candlelit tables and nibbles for guests to enjoy. The audience was treated to a varied programme of solos, duets and band performances featuring classics such as Moon River, My Way, That’s Life, Careless Whisper and Feeling Good.

A lovely evening was had by all, with standout performances from Melissa, Ella, Cali, Flo, Maisie, Freya, Georgie, Anna, Jay, Holly and Jessica. The event was also supported by the Sixth Form Student Leadership Team, who worked behind the scenes to ensure the evening ran smoothly.
